“The idea is it will be like a social space,” he said. “It will be a bit contemporary with a little bit more of an open floor plan and a completely open kitchen. I’ve toured a few restaurants, and this has kind of more of a city-scape feel with exposed wood, exposed equipment and a lighter, cleaner, airier feel with a lot of glass. I guess that would be the visual.”
